Production
Design ours, manufacturing through a certified partner network. No vertical-OE dependency. ISO 9001 + EN 1090 + ASME + AWS + KIWA + API Q1 + ATEX/IECEx scope.
Our design, partner’s build, our quality sign-off.
We do not run a factory. All manufacturing happens through a certified partner network — and that is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. A vertically-integrated OE has fixed factory overhead and a sales quota; both shape its engineering recommendations. We have neither. The partner network gives us the right manufacturer for the right project, plus the flexibility to walk away from a vendor whose quality slips.
How the partner-network model works
- ES4PS engineers the design — drawings, specifications, calculation reports, FAT plan
- Partner manufactures — to our drawings and specifications, against the FAT plan
- ES4PS engineer on the partner shop floor during build — supervision of critical operations (welding, NDT, assembly, factory acceptance test)
- ES4PS signs off on the document package and the FAT
- Customer receives the equipment + a full as-built document book
The line is clean: the design is ours, the build is the partner’s, the quality call is ours.
Partner network certifications
We work with partners that hold:
- ISO 9001 — quality management system
- EN 1090-2 — steel structure execution + CE marking (containers, skids, structural assemblies)
- ASME welding codes — B31.1 (power piping), B31.3 (process piping), Section IX (welding qualification)
- AWS D1.1 / D1.6 — structural steel / stainless welding qualifications
- EN ISO 3834-2 — comprehensive quality requirements for fusion welding
- KIWA manufacturer certification — for KIWA-certified fuel tanks (NL / EU)
- API Q1 / API Q2 — for oil & gas equipment manufacturing
- ATEX 2014/34/EU and IECEx — for Ex-rated equipment (where the project requires)
- NDT Level II / III — radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant
The partner is selected per project based on the equipment, the certification matrix and the customer’s regulatory framework.
Why this model wins
Vertical-OE independence
A vertically integrated OE pushes its own components even when an alternative is better. We are not pushing anything. The component selection is purely engineering-driven.
Cost efficiency
Factory overhead lives with the partner, who amortises it across many customers. We carry only engineering overhead. The customer pays for the right amount of capacity — not for a factory’s idle time.
Quality stays with us
We do the FAT supervision. We hold the document sign-off. If a partner’s quality drops, we change partners. The customer does not have to take on the partner-management problem.
Flexibility per region
Different partners are right for different regions. Manufacturing in Türkiye, NL, KSA, Italy and India each have different cost, lead-time, certification and shipping profiles. We choose per project.
Production engagement scope
Typical deliverables when we run production for a project:
- Manufacturing Data Book (MDB) — certificates + test records + as-built
- Welding records — WPS + WPQ + PQR + welder qualifications
- NDT reports — radiography, ultrasonic, penetrant, magnetic particle
- Material certificates — EN 10204 Type 3.1 or 3.2 (as required)
- FAT report — measured values + tolerances, photographic record
- Pre-shipment inspection — packing, marking, shipping documentation
Out of our production scope
We do not offer:
- Stand-alone fabrication services without our design upstream
- Subcontracting our partner network to a third party
- White-label OEM relationships
If a customer wants only fabrication, we refer them to a fabrication-only firm.
